Recently, with the joint efforts of the project team, the automatic chasing and cutting device of the water collector developed by the company was successfully tested and officially put into production.
Since the original water collector production line still uses manual cutting, which is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also causes a lot of waste of leftover materials, the company has established a special R & D team to develop the automatic chasing and cutting device of water collector. At the beginning of the project, there were many problems affecting the length accuracy of the sheet, such as too large force area of the device cutter, poor shock absorption performance of the device, fast and uneven production speed of the water collector production line, and the sheet was still moving at the moment of cutting. Through repeated experiments, the project team summarized and analyzed the causes of the problems, broke through many difficulties in practical operation, and finally developed a high-precision automatic chasing and cutting device of water collector. The device adopts innovative technologies such as servo motor control and automatic follow-up shear, which greatly reduces the length error caused by stagnation at the cutting moment of the water collector, and is equipped with microcomputer control system to improve the production efficiency and fully meet the product performance requirements.
The successful operation of the device not only improves the output and production efficiency, saves labor and raw material costs, but also improves the intelligent level of the enterprise and effectively promotes the automation process of enterprise product production.
